There are no accounts, advertising pixels, analytics scripts or contact forms on this site. If you choose a colour theme, that preference is saved in your browser storage.
1. Information handled by the host
When you request a page, the hosting provider may process standard connection data such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the site. The project does not control the provider’s infrastructure logs. Consult the provider’s privacy documentation for its retention and processing practices.
2. Links to other services
Links to GitHub, YouTube Music and other third-party services take you to services with their own privacy policies. Their handling of information is outside this website’s control.
3. Project software
Nuvx is not yet released. The privacy behavior of future app builds has not been finalized or independently audited. Development code that contacts a music backend may send requests to YouTube Music or another selected provider. The project may update this notice when an installable app is prepared; check its source and release notes before use.
4. Choices and questions
You can browse the site without creating an account. For questions about this notice, open an issue or discussion on the Nuvx GitHub repository. Do not post private information in public issues.
5. Updates
This notice may change as the website or project changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
This notice describes the current static website. It is not a complete privacy policy for any future app.
